We have gotten our batch 10 Framework 12 a couple weeks ago. Our first issue was that apparently there was a missing sponge piece on the input cover, causing the laptop to think the chassis wasn’t closed, when it was. This hasn’t been an issue, as we can skip the warning (however there are still flashing LED’s). We’ve contacted Framework support, and are being sent a replacement cover.
However, a new issue we’ve encountered is that suddenly the keyboard has now stopped working? The touchpad works fine. And even after reattaching the cover a couple times, the keyboard still does not work.
I would like to know if there is any quick fix to this issue while we wait for the replacement cover to arrive? As we need the keyboard to work for school. If it helps we are running Windows 11, and have installed the drivers.
