Keyboard Input issues for the fm 13 laptop

does anyone know why or how to fix this strange issue I am having with the left side of my keyboard?

sometimes letters double type and sometimes they are just not typing anything it used to just be the d key but that seems to have fixed itself

currently its the a and e key that seem to be affected I am unsure as to what could cause this

also recently my blue tooth mouse seems to have been having issues causing crashes but that appears to be due to low battery on the mouse

updates as new information reveals itself

(errors currently rewritten while typing this = 6)

  1. bad cable connect, try disconnecting, blowing air to clean up and re seating the cable
  2. If still no go, maybe keyboard is defective try support for replacement, hope its not the motherboard.

Thank you but which cable do you mean?

Should e this one shown in the guide, its better to follow it from the beginning, disconnect the keyboard, clean and reconnect.

Turns out a tiny speck got on the connector and stopped it from clicking in properly THANK YOU
