Touchpad was working fine 2 weeks ago. yesterday rebooted and no luck. no mouse pointer no response from the touchpad. i dug up an old usb wireless mouse which is working.
i see under device manager under Human Interface Devices, 12c HID Device the infamous yellow exclamation point and code 10 device cannot start. I ran the latest driver bundle update and rebooted. still no luck. same problem
