Is there a way to make the speaker audio louder without resorting to an external amplified speaker?
Win 10 with RealteK audio.
the only thing i can think of is the speaker upgrade kit in the marketplace, its rated to 80db

Besides that, on Linux there is the option to go ‘beyond’ 100%.
Not sure if there’s an equivalent on Windows!
There’s a custom equalization curve for use with certain software somewhere on the forums, but I can’t find it.
You know, all this time, I never looked. I have a nice little amplification slider that can slide right up to 150%. And boy, that’s quite some boost! 
But for the health of my speakers I think I’ll only use a more moderate boost.
I hate it when I can’t find information I know I’ve seen.
There are some EQ curves in this thread Speakers sound quality - #46 by Kieran_Levin, post 20, post 33, and a few others.
