Hey all. I remember reading in the email when I ordered the Framework 16 that I will have an opportunity to edit the order to some degree. I believe the wording was to add things to the order. I wanted to see if I could get some clarity regarding what will be changeable when the order is to be processed. I’m thinking of adding some memory, or perhaps taking away some memory, depending on my options.

for most of that you will need to talk to support, who will be able to give you the best answer anyway, so you might as well just reach out to them and ask them and then make the changes

I checked the FAQ and it doesn’t look like I can add items to my pre-order. I’d like to increase the storage at least, how can I do that? Thanks!
You can do that, just contact support.
Yes, and some things can be done by yourself in the order page, for instance removing RAM or SSD orders. But for my issue above, I contacted support and they helped me within a day or two.
