New option to the main page

need an option on the web page for sales to verify/change orders prior to shipping.

Unfortunately, because of the way Framework’s systems have to integrate with their fulfillment and logistics partner’s systems, this is not really something that can be automated. Often it requires manual interaction between Framework’s support team and the 3PL’s support team to get an order modified, and even then it’s not always possible depending on where it is in the process.

If you need to modify your order, you’ll need to contact Framework Support.
