No response on email change support request

Hey all, I’ve been attempting to change my account’s email for about a month now. Each time I reach out to Framework Support for this, I don’t seem to get a response back.

Once, when I tried submitting a request again weeks after the first, I received an email which said: “We’ve already escalated your concern regarding email change requests.” I figured perhaps the message got lost in the spam folder of either this email or the email I’m trying to change to, but nope.

Any help on why I’m not getting any emails to the address I’m trying to change to would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’m honestly surprised that one can’t change the email address themselves.
