Post your ICC display correction profiles here for others to try!

My FW12 screen had a slight green tint out of the box.
When I applied @BigT’s ICC profile, it overcorrected slightly resulting in a reddish tint.

This is fully expected.
Unit variation is a thing, so someone else’s ICC profile will never perfectly match your screen.

Ideally, everyone would calibrate their own screens to account for that, but that’s hardly realistic.

The next best solution is for everyone with a color calibrator to post their ICC profiles so that anyone without one, can go through them all and pick the one that best matches their screen.

And so, thats what this thread is for.

I’ll start: ICC Profiles - Google Drive

Both profiles were measured using an i1Display Pro, at a brightness level of 5/10 in Win11.
One with i1Profiler, the other with DisplayCAL.

They look identical to me, but perhaps someone else can see a difference.

I’d appreciate it if you could repost your profiles here, @BigT, as well as anyone else who has one.

Hope this helps!

I don’t know if it helps or not.

I have found that the ICC profiles just don’t work correctly on Wayland, but work OK on Xorg.

So, my advice is, if testing ICC profiles, don’t do it on Wayland.

Here is the link to the ones I got with the SpyderPro on my FW 12.

I have an old Spyder2 somewhere; will see if I can dig it out (and see if it works on Win11)
