I actually opted for the HP Elitebook 845 G9 (what a mouthful!). Linus did a video about it’s repairability so I’m glad I at least had another option. Sucks that it isn’t upgradable like a Framework, but at least if something goes wrong I can replace the part. Kinda sucks that the screen resolution is only the 1920p, but at least it’s a 16:10 and not 16:9. It’s out for delivery today so I’m excited to open it up and get it going.

The original price for that laptop seems wildly high… glad you got a good discount on it!
MSRP was like $2500 and Best Buy had it on cyber week sale for like $1800. I paid a little over $900
