Purchasing products in a European Economic Area (EEA) country that Framework does not ship to is possible

I intend this thread is to cover the topics on the following knowledge base page. EEA is European Economic Area.

You can purchase from any EEA country, but you must ship to one of the above countries. See article here for more details.

Framework Products are currently not available in the following regions due to FedEx IPD constraints.

  • Andorra
  • *Spain: Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands (i.e., Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, El Hierro, and La Palma)
  • *Germany: Helgoland and Busingen
  • *Denmark: Faeroe Islands and Greenland
  • *Italy: Campione d’Italia, Livigno, Vatican City, The Italian Water of Lake Lugano, and San Marino
  • *Cyprus: Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
  • *Finland: Aland Islands
  • *Switzerland: Samsaun
  • *France: French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Mayotte, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Australasia, Antarctic territories, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Reunion Island
  • Jersey Island

Motivation to start this thread

I live in Canary Islands which is one of the above list, and I got a part on the way written in this knowledge base. Again do not talk about the way.

However, it doesn’t seen to me that people know purchasing Framework products in EEA countries or regions is possible. I saw that people in Canary Islands didn’t know they can purchase Framework products here.

I think that people in the countries Iceland and Liechtenstein which are a part of EEA, and people in above list of the area of EEA can purchase Framework products. I hope more people know this tip. (edited: corrected typos)

Jersey Island

By the way, the “Jersey Island” (without country name) on the knowledge base is not clear. Is it a Jersey, UK which is one of the channel islands in UK? How about other channel islands? Or is it Jersey Island, US? (edited: corrected typo)

I mentioned this on the previous banned thread weeks ago. a support mentioned they were working on it. I hope this part is more clear.

It seems that DHL supports shipping to at least total 14 areas explicitly in the above list not supported by FedEx, including Canary Islands, Greenland, Channel Islands (UK) and etc. I hope Framework will add DHL an option for shipping in the future.
