Do y’all know how framework handles a shipment that has been return-to-sender’d? I ordered desktop just before the announcement day and it got delivered much faster than I expected.
I’ve been out of the country and my apartment complex took it upon themselves to return it to sender despite me telling them that I was traveling and to hold my packages.
I’m not even back yet but my brother was able to go pick it up today, a week and change after delivery, and they’re saying they have no idea what they did with it but likely returned it to sender. They don’t even know when they did it or to what driver it was supposedly handed off to
From what I see, Fedex will ask the sender what they want to do with it, send back or destroy. I don’t think they would destroy it but I really hope they didn’t send it all the way back to Taiwan already.
I’ve contacted Framework to ask, but it is the weekend so not expecting a response until at least tomorrow. Trying to contact Fedex to see if its even still in the country but I can’t even get into their mobile app because I dont have texting where I am, so it can’t verify me and the website doesn’t say much. And had brother call locally and they need to know when it happened.
