Our Logistics team has informed us that several shipments are currently delayed in Anchorage, Alaska. They are actively monitoring the situation, so if your package is affected, there’s no need for you to take any action.
You guys may want to consider switching to DHL or another carrier to deliver to the US. When I ordered my FW16 in October, I had to deal with an additional week of delays in delivery because FedEx completely screwed up Customs and let the package make it all the way to last-mile sort and onto a truck before recalling the package and holding it 5 additional business days for a manual review.
I experience this all the time with FedEx International shipments. I’ve been avoiding them whenever possible because it seems like they are plagued with issues these days.
