Hi! Using Windows 11 24H2 here. I was looking for a resolution to this problem, and found that AMD Adrenalin does not appear to automagically update itself, or even notify of any available updates, after installing the driver bundle found here. I assumed Windows Update and the driver programs would take care of the rest when I set up this marvellous new Framework 16 up a few weeks ago. When checking AMD Adrenalin’s version now, however, it stated “23.40.18.02 - Released: 22/02/2024”. Version available on the AMD website (here): “24.10.1 - Released: 18/10/2024”. To my surprise, there is no ‘Check for Updates’ button in the Framework edition of Adrenalin:
I did a clean install of the AMD version, and the problem was solved.
