AMD Framework, EndeavourOS (~arch).
By default the microphone part of the headphone jack is not recognised, so if you plug in a headset/mic combo into the jack audio out works but the mic won’t.
I’ve seen a few hacks here and there in the forums and reddit, but they are from a couple of years ago and seem a little extreme.
What is the canonical way to get this working these days on AMD, and is there a reason it isn’t just recognised out of the box?
