I am using Ubuntu 24.04 right now and i had to edit the commands a little bit. I had to use the following:
Add amdgpu.abmlevel=0 in /etc/default/grub to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX and run sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg.
