Screen Hard to read only faint text appearing on Laptop 13 intel model

Framework laptop 13 intel 13th gen display dark, text hardly visible. computer has no issues and user can work.

You mean everything works normally, but the screen is super dark?

That’s likely a backlight defect, either the mainboard doesn’t produce the required voltage anymore or the screen is defective or the connector between the mainboard and screen is broken or not inserted properly.
