Hi all! I ordered my Framework 13 a week or so ago and was super happy when it arrived in just a few days. When I opened up the box and started laying everything out, however I found that the RAM I ordered was not included. I have reached out to the Framework support line but its been 2 business days and I don’t want this to slip through the cracks. Below is a screenshot of the email they sent me after I placed my order showing the RAM I ordered. Everything else arrived I’m pretty sure, but I still can’t really do much without putting any RAM in
Framework support is under additional load with responses taking up to 5 business days. If you’ve received the autoresponse, you’re in the queue and support will get back to you.
