Shipment to wrong address, looking for a Framework employee to update the address

My replacement mainboard is already with FedEx, but is addressed to the wrong address. I emailed support yesterday, but I guess they haven’t gotten to my email yet. I’m worried that the package will get delivered before support sees my email. I’m posting here in the hope that someone from Framework will notice and ping support internally. If there is a different way to reach support quickly, please let me know. I’ve tried calling, but there seems to be no phone support yet. I’ve tried calling FedEx directly, but they told me to speak with Framework.
