I want to say thanks to the people behind the support address at Framework.
This morning, I saw that the state (and only the state) was incorrect on both my mailing and billing addresses. Everything else was correct but I wasn’t able to fix the state…
I emailed support@frame.work earlier this AM and w/in a couple of hours I received an email from @Jehan_Suleman letting me know all was right w/the world, even attaching a screencap to show the correction.
So thanks Jehan - it’s that kind of responsiveness that gives me confidence to work with a young company like yours.
