Sudden shutdown and died

Hello Framework community,

My laptop 11 generation suddenly died a couple days ago, just literally turned off. First the power on button showed light for a short period of time but after couple tries also died. When I removed keyboard lid, only right side blinded red, left didn’t. I followed guidelines with unplugging battery, removing tablet cell, but nothing recovered the laptop. One more detail here is that a week ago the screen blinked for 2 min and this happened couple times a week.

Any ideas, what may casue this?

If you haven’t already, raise a ticket. When you disconnected all power, did you also drain residual power by holding the power button? Did the device get hot at all before it shut down? Uncomfortably hot that is.

Assuming nothing happens when you press the power button now?
