Just received my 12th gen laptop DIY edition. Installed everything, updated to windows 11 and updated the drivers but no two finger scroll or gestures. Any ideas ?
In the past I’ve seen this issue when people accidentally install the 11th gen drivers on a 12th gen machine, can you make sure that you installed the driver bundle here and not the 11th gen one? If that doesn’t work you could also try checking for updates manually in windows to make sure there aren’t any newer drivers available. If all else fails, the best option is likely to contact support.
