Touchpad scrolling speed

I have Windows 11 installed and when using Libre Office find the Touchpad too sensitive when a large document is open. A small movement on the Touchpad makes the document race up or down much to quickly. How do I change the speed?

Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Touchpad

However the speed for me doesn’t change when using Libre Office 7.5 Write nor Calc ?
