My framework 13 arrived with hardware and a few cosmetic faults and I have been attempting to get it returned for nearly 4 weeks.
I received the return shipping label and proforma invoice on 12th December. However, I noticed a few errors in both the return shipping label and the proforma invoice and sent an email asking about this on the 17th December. I have not yet received a reply about this and am feeling worried.
Has anyone else had experiences similar to this when returning a laptop?
In my experience they don’t typically respond to emails over the weekend. Plus it’s the holidays. I’m sure they won’t give you any trouble if you already sent them an email and they just haven’t responded yet. Just send a follow up email Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning if you haven’t heard anything back
