By the look, for the Thirteen, no.
HOWEVER, my thread which is about the Sixteen and the involvement of a touchscreen, use a custom cable. This is important, because Thirteen and Sixteen share the board-side display connector (a.k.a. you can plug a Thirteen screen into a Sixteen, and vise versa).
Which means that my (surprisingly clean) redneck attempts to graft a touchscreen onto the Sixteen will yield more than just a $100 loss on my part [1] – custom cables. I ordered 5, and uh .. well, 5 came.

I will also be testing my display on a Thirteen, because the Sixteen have a DP mux that can potentially muddy things up. However I don’t own a Thirteen, so there might be some potential bribery involved.
Both of these are significant, because it means that A. my cable can be used on a Thirteen to connect a pinout-compatiable (check datasheet!) touchscreen for the Thirteen. and B. I (should be able to) drive my 16 inch touch panel on the Thirteen.
$50 for the display and $50 for the cables. Because currently, it is not working, but I didnt blow up the main board ↩︎
