What is the typical warranty response time?
What is the typical warranty process? (i.e do replacement parts get sent and then the customer replaces the part?)

I don’t know if this will be useful to anyone, but I thought I would give a very quick recap of my experience as a customer so far. IMO, feedback never really hurts.
