Hi all,
I received a replacement webcam module from support which is at least recognized by the OS as connected (had a hardware problem with the previous one), but for the first time today I actually tried to use it and noticed a very definite pink hue. Anyone see this? I believe this is a webcam gen 1. Should I just give up and purchase a gen 2 when available?
Oops. Note to self: delete this post before it gets too many embarrassing retorts. Thanks for the quick response. I think this was my subconscious desire to upgrade getting the best of me

Hark! I think I hear the delicate fluting call of yet another mistake that Iām certain I would make! 
Just purchased the Gen 2 anyway (to apparently appease my subconscious)
