What to do when my shipping address didn’t get changed?

Hello, I recently moved states and I updated my address. However, after it shipped it is still using the old address. I have already opened a ticket and have not heard back yet. I just want to change it to my new address.

Did you contact Support to change your address? Simply updating your address in your profile won’t change the address the order is being shipped to.
