Why does the prebuilt 13 Pro with AMD have more RAM and storage as the intel?

Looking at the prebuilt Framework 13 Pro, I wonder why the AMD is setup with 2 TB storage and 64 GB RAM, while the intel has “just” 1 TB storage and 32 GB RAM.

Do you know a good reason why this was decided?
