I have 11th gen intel with Intel AX210 and I have had issues on Fedora 40 and 41. I am not able to see any 5ghz networks. When I connect to the 2.4 GHz network, I only get about 5 Mbps down and 60 up. Every other device at least 150 up and down. It works perfectly when I connect to ethernet on my laptop.
I think there is something wrong with your antennas. Make sure they are correctly attached, like this: WiFi Replacement Guide - Framework Guides
I have opened the computer and am as sure as possible, without removing the screen, that they are installed correctly.
