Wifi speed slow

hello i have slow wireless speeds on my new Laptop 13 intel core ultra 5 125h in Ubuntu 24.04.2

im around 20ft away from the router with one Concrete wall in the way
i have tried two wireless cards the Intel AX210 and the much older Intel AC3165

please be aware this is my 1st post for a while so i hope this is in the right category :slight_smile:

a update on the issue i think its the wireless antennas within the laptop as i have tried the antennas from a TP-Link AX3000 pcie bracket on the laptop and im getting around 540mb/s on the device.
so whats my best Option to go about this issue.
