Windows 10 occasionally freezing, needing hard reboot to get running again

My Windows 10 Framework will occasionally completely freeze, requiring a hard reset (hold power button for ~15s) to get working again. It doesn’t happen often - maybe 10 times max in the 3 months I’ve had it for, and it gets used several hours a day. I don’t know if it’s always under load when it happens (I am not the primary user).

I’m not sure how to diagnose, any advice?

Heaviest use is YouTube and Facebook Poker.

I ran two and a half passes of MemTest86 today (didn’t have time for four, will run more tomorrow), no errors found.

Occasionally the memory might not be seated properly. It’s rare, but it can happen.
Or, it is seated properly, but one of the spring contacts decided to … I don’t know. Go on a strike.
As well as connections for other things. You might have missed something during assembly.
Try switching the slot the memory is in, see if it helps.
