I have been messaging frameworks directly via email and now i will post here to see if anyone here knows of anything.
The issue started with certain expansion cards not working and certain expansion slots not working. I redownloaded the bios and the issues went away temporarily.
After some time the issues came back and redownloading the bios did not work again.
I contacted support and they said to plug into the mainboard. Charging directly into the mainboard gave the same results as charging into the expansion cards. The caps lock would light up while plugged in on the right side furthest from the screen while it was open and it would flash while plugged in on the left side closest to the screen while it was open.
After they said to press the SW1 button and nothing changed. The caps lock sill flashed and lit up in the same ways while plugged in to the same places.
They then said to disconnect the battery and send them photos for review and then to plug it back in and it did not charge still and the caps lock lit up in the same ways as before.
Now I am waiting for a response so I decided to write here to see what anyone here might have to add.
I do like this laptop lots even though it hasn’t worked as well as it is supposed to in the first bit of me having it so i’m hoping to make it feel better and for it to work properly because the idea of this laptop is amazing it’s the best truly and i’m just really hoping to get it to work properly so if anyone has any input please do say.
