would it not be cool if the framework 16 got grapite to and got other edisions from the pro and so like touchschreen

Honestly, I’d love the upgraded chassis. I’ve made a few mods to my FW16 that have increased it’s weight and the chassis flexes quite substantially.

I’d love a graphite chassis for the FW16! A touch screen would be nice too. I also think a deeper chassis would be nice, particularly for those who want mechanical keys. I personally would love a more optimal cooling from a thicker chassis.

also a framework laptop 18 and framework laptop 18 pro would be cool i think with cool features like a better graficks card and a better cpu and ram and just extera stuf like a extera schreen that can connect at the side of the main schreen or other extension and mabye also a way to add water cooling that is outside the laptop when u dock or so

Yes is would be so cool. The framework 16 needs a Framework 16 Pro chassis as well. I would love to be able to have a Black (graphite) and Red Framework laptop that’s metal 
. That’s an instant purchase.
The better haptic touchpad the better keyboard the better chassis that flexes less, The touch screen, better speakers, All the updates to the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi versions plus the latest incoming Intel chips (Hopefully AMD Also releases something very competitive to it). I really hope they improve the webcam more though. That’s one area that’s very underestimated that people actually care about but don’t speak up about it enough since it’s mostly used for business (daily/weekly work meetings, virtual court, job interviews and so on) But that’s why it’s so important.

I just signed up to echo the desire for a graphite aluminum chassis for the 16! We have some really awesome options for personalization already, but man does the graphite look sleek.

Yeah, the webcam and mic could use some improvements.
That would certainly be something i would buy with another upgrade(like it’s a nice addon, for like 15/20$, just throw it in the cart with a bigger purchase),
same for the recently revealed usb dongle module, so your mouse dongle doesn’t extend past the chassie.
a black unibody trackpad, to use in in front of windows without reflection to your eyes.
those are the easy fixes i can see to improve the experience.
in more technicaly complicated wishes, i have: better batterie (like EVERY piece of equipment),
find a way to make oculink hot-plugable (even if only with your own dock) as EGPU are fine in a pinch, but true powerfull graphics is already expensive in standard card form, i don’t want to pays laptop tax on it too.
maybe add a brightness sensor to the camera module?
better macrokeyboard configuration program(it seems some guy is already working on it)as color per active layer is missing from the official configuration software.
also make the macro pad color per key configurable without having to use sketchy 3rd party firmware.
a centralized place to exchange keyboard/macropads configurations, so that noobs can just select one they like and apply it without trouble.(on screen instruction of the moves needed)
pie in the sky idea: a standard keyboard, but every key as a tiny screen on it, so when you change keyboard language, the letters writen on the key switches too. i guess make it configurable too.
I think the F13 use the same mic/cam module , so it would make most of their offering, a better office machine.
i don’t really feel the need for a black anodyzed body, touchscreen or better screen specs but that’s just my taste.
