Really wish I worked from home. FedEx wonât let me update the delivery destination to my work address & itâs supposed to be delivered by noon. No one will be home then!

Left Anchorage this morning now itâs in Memphis⌠to come quarter way back up the globe to eastern Canada; sometimes I donât understand shipping companies? Youâd expect it would be easier to only cross the border from Alaska to Canada once haha
@Evelyn: what it is, quite often there are not the number of flights going in that direction. So the package ends up going for a joy ride all around the continent before it can finally connect to a flight going in that intended direction. Itâs still the fastest way.

According to the FedEx tracking âA trusted third-party vendor is on the way with [my] package.â. Since 10:43 this morning, in a city very close to me. It traveled there from cologne early this morning.
So in theory, they could make it. Every minute nowâŚI am watchingâŚ

My bad luck - Fedex shows the dreaded âClearance Delay - Importâ and no set delivery date is shown. 
I wonder why Fedex went from Anchorage to Winnepeg instead of the more frequent flight route Anchorage to Vancouver?
They may have a customs facility there as my shipment also went to Winnipeg from Memphis

Goods are subject to regulatory review.
Hopefully Frameworkâs logistics team/contractor didnât mess up the canadian import docs.

Mine arrived today, a day early, while I was at work. Now I have to wait to play with it! 
I got my Batch 2 upgrade kit (7840U mainboard, 2x16 GB RAM, RZ616 WiFi) a week ago (Thursday) and installed it on Saturday. I brought my own new SSD because the old one moved into a Cooler Master case along with the 11th gen mainboard. BIOS 3.02, not 3.03; I upgraded the BIOS tonight with no problems. Next up: dual boot setup with Ubuntu 22.04.3; currently running Windows 11.
Now livestreaming my initial unboxing and setup of the Framework AMD mainboard in the Cooler Master case with Ubuntu Server, if anyone is interested. Will be updating the bios, etc.

This is silly. Now my order has arrived in Memphis, TN (USA) from Winnipeg, MB (Canada). Scheduled Delivery is still âPendingâ.
