I always found the name ‘Hermes’ an amusing choice for a courier company. Everybody knows he was the messenger of the gods

He was also the king/god of thieves.

In Frameworks’ defense, they did state in their email to me that they were going to have words with FedEx as it was unacceptable to leave packages in that manner.

A similar response on this thread would have been appreciated, but I guess that won’t happen.

They’re overloaded with customer support requests right now and forced to prioritize accordingly. I for one would prefer they prioritize the support channel over the forum.
