So I accidentally squeezed this cable with the hinge while trying to close the laptop. The green wire got cut off as seen in the image. 100% my fault for not looking carefully and trying to force it shut. 
I haven’t attempted to power the machine on. Not sure if it could possibly cause any further damage. The 2.2K display itself should be perfectly fine otherwise.
Don’t have any experience with fixing cables or soldering. Is it fixable? If not by me, by someone else? Could possibly sell it on eBay for parts and someone else can fix it. This is from a framework 13 that was bought second-hand off of Facebook Marketplace from a guy who used it for at least 2 years, so I don’t think I have any kind of warranty.
