Framework 13 won't turn on. Fans spin, keyboard lights up

DIY Framework 13th Gen Intel Core, i7. I’ve had it since August 2023. I use it for software work.

It’s 7.26am. I’ve been trying to turn on my laptop for over two hours.

I push the power button, the fans start spinning, the keyboard lights up and that’s it. No change.

I’ve let it sit in this state for 45 minutes, thinking that it will eventually resolve, however no luck. I’ve reseated the WiFi card (for the 3rd time this month), no luck.

I’m at my wits end. What can I do?

To give additional context, I haven’t been able to turn it off by using regular means for the last 2+ months. Instead I have to press and hold the power button down to force it off.
The Bluetooth also hasn’t worked for the last two months and no amount of reseating changes this.

Any advice?

I would highly recommend contacting support if you haven’t already. It sound like you’ve been having major issues that would have been covered by your warranty, though I do worry that since you delayed contacting support, your warranty period may have ended and you may be on the hook for the issues you are having.
