Framework Laptop 13 Intel Ultra Series 1 DIY Edition no display output

Hello,

I have just received my framework laptop, and cannot get the display to show. So far, I have tried multiple power cycles, and switching the RAM to the other slot (1 card, 16 GB).

The fans are running, and the power light is on.

The sequence of the health check lights are: White, Green x 12, Amber, Blue, Green x 2, Blue x4, with a total of 21 lights.

I have left the laptop on for over 15 minutes, and still refuses to show a display.

I have also tried an external display with no luck.

I believe I have the same issue. Did you get any resolution from Framework or troubleshoot yourself? I also sent a request into Framework.

I spoke to framework support, and they were excellent in diagnosing the issue.

It turns out I had a broken internal display, which was also preventing the external display from working. So I disconnected the internal display, and plugged it into an external monitor, which works well for me while I wait for the replacement.
