Just noticed that in my orders area that it says, “Batch 12 - Ships April” now instead of “Ships Q2.” More data for the theorycrafting.

another interesting metric would be when a batch is finished shipping. theoretically they can send emails all they want, but if every batch then takes 8 weeks to fullfil it doesn’t matter.
I don’t think they are doing that, just saying :smile:

That’s a much more difficult metric to obtain. We can judge by what we see in the guilds but that doesn’t mean everyone who bought one is in the fourms posting. I know there’s been plenty of people waiting for a while even when the next batch has started shipping. I know that metric would definitely help alleviate some anxiety for those people so they know how long they’re expected to wait. Unfortunately I don’t think we could get an accurate enough measurement for the information to be useful.

Yes, getting that information without full participation from every customer or some kind of direct reporting from Framework is impossible. Seems unlikely.

On the FL13 AMD guild postings they often closed the batch forum after the shipping of a batch was complete, which gave an (inaccurate) measure of how long a batch took. However I think it was twistgribber that did this, and he has moved onto other areas, which perhaps explains why each FL16 batch guild hasn’t been closed at end of batch shipping.

Shipped 4/12

Shipping could possibly have been 1 day quicker, but it it weekday only delivery. It arrived to the hub in my area the night of 4/13. That being said, it initially said tomorrow for my delivery date, so it was still quicker than originally expected
