Crossing my fingers this makes it by Christmas.
Update: Batch 3, received “We’re preparing your batch!” email on 2025-12-10. Est. charge between 2025-12-12 and 2025-12-27, est. shipping 1-3 days later.

I’m in Batch 3 and I just received the email from Framework that they’re preparing to ship my pre-order:
We’re preparing to ship pre-orders in your batch!
Your order is shipping soon! The outstanding balance will be charged in 3-18 days, and the order will be shipped 1-3 days after payment is complete.
I placed the pre-order on August 27 and I last modified it on November 13, when I added the RAM (initially, I thought I would buy the RAM locally, but I saw the prices starting to go up and also thought about potential warranty issues, so I decided it’s best to buy it from Framework).
I’m a bit scared that I might not get it before Christmas, since it says “3-18 days” for charging the rest of the amount on my card, after which another “1-3 days“ for shipping, but we’ll see how it goes.

I also got the batch preparation email a few hours ago (10 December, batch 4- to see my config, check the comment I’m replying to)
I also received an email about my batch 3 5070 (which I placed as a separate order, rather than delaying the whole thing)…
I’m chagrin to buy an 8 gb graphics card in 2025 but I fear prices soaring again so I just went for it…

General update: according to this post by a framework employee on Reddit, batches 3-5 received their preparation emails today. I haven’t seen anyone from batch 5 chime in yet, so I wanted to include that.
Please, framework, post updates like this on your own forum and not just Reddit!

Awesome to hear there is an update on batch 3(-5!?), at least things are moving. Was hoping to get this before Christmas, but it looks like I can rest assured it won’t arrive while I am out of the country over the holidays…
How can they be preparing Batch #3 if they have not even completed Batch #2 yet? I am in Batch #2 and no email and card still not charged…strange
I was wondering if you and the others still waiting on the older batches had been included… looks like you might have to email support.
I’m in batch 1 for the same Ryzen, got my Nov 16 email, but have not received anything else about a delay. Still waiting to be charged for my mainboard.

Yes, it is a mystery and baffling how they can be preparing Batch #3 if they have not even fulfilled orders for Batch #1 and Batch #2…very strange, unless they have combined batches we have not been made aware of.
