Also just had my payment processed. I feel like there’s been great shipping experiences for most people so hoping some of the same magic comes my way and I have it Monday!

Linux Mint works!! 
For anyone who wants to use Mint, please use 22.3 (as of the time of this post) with the HWE version. It’s using version 7.+ of the kernel and should work with Ryzen AI 370. It can be downloaded here. Far as I know, the HWE version only ships with the Cinnamon desktop.

I’m using 22.3 but just the regular distro, not HWE. I’ve had a couple of minor hiccups, as Linux is wont to do, but nothing work-stopping.
I figured with the latest version of kernel that Linux Mint supports, I would have the lease amount issues. I personally don’t use any of the rolling release distros. Nothing against them, just most familiar with the Debian family.
Far as I can tell, all of the hardware works for me, including the fingerprint sensor. I can use it to sign in. The only weird things I have ran into is the laptop will wake from sleep when it’s plugged into a power source and one USB enclosure doesn’t register. Neither are worrisome and I can’t be bother to dig into it at this time.
I am coming from an Asus G14 2022 with an AMD 6900H. Just the baseline battery life is like 2-3x of what I had. And that is without any additional configuration. I am quite happy what I have.

Yep, I am happy here too. I got the fingerprint sensor working last week! Very snazzy.
I had the screen not wake from sleep once in the three weeks I’ve had it set up. I also had a couple of Wi-Fi reliability issues, though new router firmware might already have fixed that. I literally had keys falling off my old Dell, so it is such a thrill to be using a nice working keyboard!

My brains were scrambled when I posted this. I was confusing some info about a previous order with the current one.
Anyway, I recently got a billing notice and got billed. So it’s paid for, now the wait for shipping! Whether I’ll have it in hand by the end of the month will probably depend on customs.

I wouldn’t be so pessimistic about customs; afaik framework uses fedex which takes care of them for you.

I was going to say I hadn’t received it, but it seems the email can just take a couple hours.
