In one port, the monitor just blinks, in the other one it works

just got my new FrameWork and my new monitor.
How come my new monitor works on one HDMI port, but on the other, it just blinks?
Do these ports have different power ratings?

I don’t believe they’ve shipped yet, but is there any chance you’re using an AMD Ryzen board? I think there are certain expansion slots that don’t support HDMI/DP on the Ryzen boards.

Maybe you could post your laptop specs, what OS, and the type of display you’re using?
