Incorrect email on account please help

Hello. So I’m an idiot and I created my account with the wrong email address. I managed to order a laptop (Laptop 12 batch 9), and my account’s been charged, so presumably it’s being delivered, but I have no idea as I haven’t received any emails. All of that didn’t require me to verify my email address so I didn’t notice until yesterday evening.

The name on the account in question is “Mia Boulter”. I can give more details if necessary. In the incorrect email, there’s a dot between my first and second name that shouldn’t be there.

I’ve filed support tickets with that account, but not sure if they’ll even work with my email being wrong I can’t see replies to them.

(This account I’m messaging from now is an alt, ironically messaging on this forum requires you to verify your email)

Once the email is fixed, can you also make sure I get the information I’ve missed, delivery details are the important bit. I would like to get this resolved quick, as I’m away from home next week so I need to contact the delivery company to get them to hold on to the package.

Have you created a support ticket? They are the ones who can help you.

Yes I created support ticket via the account with the incorrect email address, I wasn’t sure if it would work though on account of the issue.

I opened a support request on this alt account too now. At least I can see replies to that. I now will wait patiently, thanks ! :slight_smile:

I’m also batch 9, and a few of us from that batch are expecting out laptops to arrive on Wednesday.

Update: I was able to get the delivery tracking details from the Orders page on the framework website, it does look to be on its way and expected on wednesday. Just gotta hope the person receiving my emails doesn’t go on there and redirect the delivery :’)
