I don’t have a pc with windows installed. So I didn’t use Rufus to create an installation usb key. I created a windows 11 installation usb key using https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/tutoriel/installer_windows_boot_usb
I get this blue screen:

I have given up on creating an installation key from linux.
A friend of mine created a key from his Windows PC.
The installation went well.
Be careful in rufus to deactivate the request for a microsoft account (as indicated in the windows installation documentation created by framework) because the shortcut to install the wifi card drivers didn’t work with me.
