Intel Graphics Command Center stuck at loading screen

I just received my Framework DIY i7-1165G7 Edition! Woohoo!
However, the display color is a little too vibrant for me and I’d like to tone down the color just a little bit. However, the automatically installed Intel Graphics Command Center is not loading upon launching the application. It will be stuck at the loading screen forever. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, repaired it in the Settings, I even tried the beta version from the Windows store. None of them helped.
Does anybody else encountered this issue? How can I fix it?

That’s certainly odd. It seems to work for me on both Windows 10 and 11. Could you try reinstalling your graphics drivers?

I am using intel’s official driver. Should I uninstall it and install from Framework driver pack instead?

I would definitely try it. Even if you originally chose the correct drivers, reinstalling them would reduce the probability that this is a driver issue.
