I believe the video issues are related to a certain portable USB C monitor. What monitor are you using and what connection type? Are you experiencing the issue only on the left side ports? Did you upgrade the driver package and port retimers after the 3.05 bios upgrade?
I suggest you make sure the PD firmware is updated for both the right and left sides. I’ve experienced bios updates that are unsuccessful upgrading both pd1 and pd2 the first time the bios update was run. I had to move my power cord to the other side and rerun the bios update to get all USB C ports updated with latest pd code. I suggest checking yours.
