I’m noticing some issues with the keyboard in recent weeks and wonder if anybody has any solutions.
I’m mostly noticing 2 issues: Pressing a key 1x will sometimes cause multiple characters to appear on text display. The main key this happens with is the apostrophe/quote key ('/" key). I’m also noticing that sometimes when pressing and holding the left CTRL key it often doesn’t recognize the input and thus just types the letter I’m pressing (like trying to copy/paste will just lead to a c or v getting typed instead). I haven’t checked the right CTRL because most of the time if I’m using CTRL it’s with A/X/C/V keys in conjunction.
Issues aren’t limited to any particular piece of software, it happens in text documents, internet browsers, etc.
Running Windows 11 24H2. Keyboard is the RGB Keyboard Module - US English model. Unit is about 10 months old.
