It has been two weeks since I contacted support, I sent them all they needed, and still nothing, my keyboard is not working and i need support?

  • Laptop 16
  • keyboard doesn’t work, as soon as out of box, the rgb did light once, now everytime i boot, died!
  • I have updated the Bios and tried to update the microcode of the keyboard, I did update the keypad’s microcode and the keypad works as it should not the keyboard at all! I have replaced it with another keyboard and that keyboard works not the one that came with the system. My boss has order 3 other laptop 16 and they work fine!

Sounds like a warranty replacement is required if this is still new/ within warranty.
