Keyboard and track pad do not work in Windows installation

Keyboard and track pad do not work in Windows installation

I have a problem, perhaps it is because when I changed the keyboard, the framework did not add the modular spaces by default and I have yet to add them, although I doubt that is the problem as it is aesthetic. During the installation of Windows, neither the keyboard nor the track pad work, it is as if they had no power

Double check that the midplate input cable is seated correctly (has #1 on the right side of midplate).

Edit: I just lifted my spacers and can confirm the keyboard does disable without spacers installed. Go into BIOS and there’s a setting to disable which checks if all input panels are installed. Then it will work, though spacers are supposed to be installed to help prevent foreign objects entering the laptop (dust, dirt, etc).

Thanks for answering, how to access the bios without a keyboard. Installed Windows with an external mouse, but I don’t have a keyboard.

Thank you very much for your help. I hope fraework sends me the spacers.

thank you so much
