Light blue/teal light on side of laptop, unresponsive power switch

My computer completely froze and I had teal/light blue lights on both status LEDs. The power button was not responsive to long press and removing the power cable did not change anything. I had to field strip the laptop and remove the battery before it recovered.

What does the LED mean?

Hi I had the same issue some time ago. I was happening usually when laptop was in sleep or hibernate.

At that time I was experimenting with different drivers for AMD GPU and Chipset. Can you try AMD graphics only drivers 25.6.3 and AMD latest chipset driver? I’ve extracted latest chipset driver from driver bundle and it is newer than available on AMD site. Here is link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AQxfKrLtXPSM7crcdJ1BF1Zq3Y-IRAW9/view?usp=drive_link
